Even if you are familiar with this wine, you will agree that the 2005 Clavo Cellars Reckless Moment Syrah has a unique and distinct taste, perfect for special entertaining. It has a dense flavor with luscious hints of blackberry.
This wine has good acidity, a hint of mocha, and firm tannins on the long finish. And June Boerger, the owner of The Orchid, strongly recommends Clavo Cellars, in particular this syrah. “This wine can be perfectly paired with a Kobe burger. The meat of this gourmet burger and the depth of the wine gives you a great combination and cleans the palate well.”
