Summer's here and white wines are in! So, McGee's at the Ice House is very proud to recommend the popular 2007 Prospero Pinot Grigio. According to Christian Flores, the bar director and entertainment coordinator for McGee's, the Prospero is amazingly light and crisp. “It's dangerous,” he jokes. With a hint of grapefruit and vanilla, it contains the perfect level of sweetness while also maintaining a nice dry base. This particular wine (which also carries aromatic honey tones) goes great with seafood, pastas, and cheese dishes. Prospero is a brand in high demand this season, whether it be their cabernet sauvignon or their syrah, so you better get a taste of this pinot grigio while we're still in prime white wine weather!
