2003 Dubost Tempranillo

alt

Looking for a great wine to complement a cool Autumn evening? Ralph Fruguglietti, owner of Frugatti's, raved about a 2003 Dubost Tempranillo. It carries a unique blend of aromas that will leave you admiring the wine's robust character. The tempranillo has a rustic, earthy taste with raspberry and cranberry notes. Tempranillo is a premium red wine grape which originates from Spain's Rioja and Riberal del Duero regions. According to Ralph, “This particular wine is barrel aged in American and French oak for three years, then bottle aged for twelve additional months which creates a perfect taste.” Because this wine is low in acidity and sugars, it pairs perfectly with any grilled or roasted red meat. Moderately priced, any wine lover can experience its intriguing flavor.
